The proposed tournament dates (These are provisional as I am waiting for confirmation from some) are as follows:

Under 8s Saturday 26^th May Romford Borough Youth Tournament, Goodmayes

Under 7s Sunday 27^th May Wickford Town, Wickford

Under 9s,10s,12s Saturday 9^th June Singh Sabha Tournament

Under 8s, and 12s Saturday 23^rd June EMH Tournament Chadwell Heath

Under 9s and 10s Sunday 24^th June EMH Tournament Chadwell Heath

Presentation

This years Presentation will be at Power League on Sunday 1^st July. The schedule for the day goes as follows:

Parents match on Pitch 11 from 12.00-1.00pm.

Kids kick about on pitches 6 and 7 from 1.00-2.00pm

Trophies presented in Clubhouse 2.00-3.30.

Each team member will receive a trophy

. There will also be trophies for:

Managers player of the year for each squad

Most improved Player of the Year for each squad

Captain and Vice captain for each squad for next season

Award for gaining the highest points score in matches across the season

Award for being Man of the Match on most occasions for each squad

Golden Boot for each age group

Shield and Trophy for Club Player of the year

Unlike with most other teams there is NO CHARGE for attending the presentation, all I ask is that each team member attending has signed up for next season and is fully paid up with their subs.

Signing on

Most clubs charged a signing on fee of £80+ last season, where as at Eclipse I have held it as £50 for the last 2 years for 1 team member and £25 for each additional sibling. This years signing on fees will rise to £60 (Still well below charges elsewhere) and £85 for 2 kids or £100 for 3 kids. Next seasons subs will stay the same at £25 for 1 child, £35 for 2 or £45 for 3.

It would help me greatly if you could ensure that these payments are made at the beginning of June so that I can buy the trophies in plenty of time for the presentation and register teams for next season before the cut off dates

Sponsorship

I am currently looking for sponsors for next season to help with the purchase of new Nike Kits (those that have the responsibility for washing the kits will be pleased to hear that the shorts are black and not white J ) I have secured sponsors at some age groups but not others so if your workplace would be interested please feel free to discuss this with me. Sponsorship can be a very cost effective form of advertising or promotion
