Payment

Annual Membership fee £50

Membership fee for 2 kids £75

Monthly Training fee £25 or £35 if two children are members

Sept-June, ½ fees July

No fees in August

The annual membership fee is due before the 1^st of June each year.  The monthly training fee is due on the first of each month.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PAYMENTS ARE UP TO DATE BY THE 1^st OF EACH MONTH.  Last year was a difficult year financially with subs coming in throughout the month or sometimes in the following month. 

This years Summer Tour.

The tour will be later this year and we will be going to Camber Sands in East Sussex rather than Great Yarmouth.  The cost will also be lower.

Cost per person: £69 + £18 registration fee for each player

Dates:  3 nights from Friday 1^st June to Monday 4^th June 2012

Accommodation type:  Apartments 4,5, 6 or 8 berth

Timeline:

15^th October deposits of £30 per person must have been paid.

02^nd December a further £15 per person

25^th February £24 per person and registration fee of £18 must have been paid 

The minimum occupancy is 4, if there are less than 4 you have 2 options

a.  Pay a supplement to the Travel agents

b. Arrange to share with someone else within the club

If you decide to go please complete the following form and give hand it back in as soon as possible.  Please ONLY complete the form if you are definitely going to go.  You do not have to pay the deposit until October 15^th.

If there are not sufficient numbers from a particular age group then we I’ll look at combining 2 age groups if people are interested.  The following link gives you more info on the site itself.

The pitches where the matches will be played are apparently some of the best in Europe.
